Job Description
The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the guest rooms assigned, adhering to Miraval Housekeeping standards and following proper procedures.

Requirements

  • Review daily room assignments
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms to Miraval Housekeeping standards
  • Restock amenities
  • Report any maintenance issues
  • Report any HSKP issues
  • Ensure lights, radio and TV are in working order
  • Turn in and log any lost and found items
  • Place any F&B dishes, glasses into the housekeeping closet
  • Complete any special cleaning tasks
  • Update room status via Hotsos device
  • Attend scheduled meetings and training
  • Adhere to grooming standards
  • Have a positive attitude and work together with co-workers
  • Follow proper recycling procedures
