Job Description
The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms assigned, adhering to grooming standards, and working together with co-workers in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Review daily room assignments
  • Prepare work caddy with supplies
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms to Miraval Housekeeping standards
  • Restock amenities
  • Report any maintenance issues
  • Report any HSKP issues (dirty carpets, stains, mold, etc)
  • Ensure lights, radio and TV are in working order
  • Turn in and log any lost and found items to security office
  • Place any F&B dishes, glasses into the housekeeping closet in appropriate containers
  • Complete any special cleaning tasks
  • Update room status via Hotsos device
  • Attend scheduled meetings and training
