Role Overview

The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms and assigned areas to Hyatt standards. This role helps create a welcoming guest experience by maintaining exceptional cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail, while working efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

Clean and service guest rooms daily, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces. Restock housekeeping carts with linens, amenities, and supplies; maintain par levels.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Prior hotel housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to moderate weight.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior hotel housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cleaning tools, chemicals, and safe handling procedures.
