Role OverviewThe Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms and assigned areas to Hyatt standards. This role helps create a welcoming guest experience by maintaining exceptional cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail, while working efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
Clean and service guest rooms daily, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces. Restock housekeeping carts with linens, amenities, and supplies; maintain par levels.

Prior hotel housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to moderate weight.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior hotel housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with cleaning tools, chemicals, and safe handling procedures.
