Job Description
Supervises and directs the Housekeeping Department to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable nursing center.

Requirements

  • Coordinates and oversees housekeeping duties
  • Inspects and makes daily rounds to ensure duties are being performed
  • Evaluates productivity and quality of work
  • Reports occupational exposure
  • Ensures housekeeping partners wear personnel wear and/or use safety equipment
  • Reviews and assists in the plan of correction for deficiencies
  • Maintains stock levels of housekeeping supplies
  • Participates in departmental budget planning
