Job Description
Perform full range and scope of housekeeping services, including cleaning guest rooms, interior and exterior public spaces, laundry rooms, and exterior spaces. Use hand and powered cleaning equipment to maintain cleanliness and order of storage rooms, and report any unusual circumstances to the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Cleans guest rooms and other assigned areas
  • Operates cleaning equipment
  • Empties wastebaskets
  • Dusts waxes and polishes room furniture
  • Changes light bulbs and room partitions
  • Moves furniture to clean under and behind
  • Cleans bathroom areas
  • Cleans kitchen area
  • Washes and disinfects dishes utensils and cookware
  • Cleans iron and ironing board
  • Ensures proper functionality of luggage racks
  • Ensures TVs are clean and programmed
  • Places proper number of amenities in room
  • Removes and replaces bed linen
  • Grets and welcomes guests
  • Maintains cleanliness and order of storage rooms
  • Communicates status of cleaned rooms and other spaces
  • Accomplishes minor repairs and maintenance
  • Cleans and inspects exterior spaces
  • Loads and unloads trucks vans
  • Reports any lost and found items
  • Set-up and breakdown clean-up of complimentary self-service breakfast bar
  • Prepares heating displaying and replenishing breakfast items
  • Maintains a clean and safe environment
  • Performs laundry operations
