Role OverviewThe position is located on San Nicolas Island, where housing is provided for all associates. The job involves working days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Federal Employee, you will help support the mission of the NEXCOM Enterprise by providing quality goods and services to customers.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities of the job include performing housekeeping services, such as cleaning guest rooms, public spaces, and laundry areas. You will also be responsible for operating cleaning equipment, moving furniture, and performing minor repairs and maintenance. Additionally, you may be required to load and unload trucks, assist with the receipt of supplies, and move heavy items.

Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred
- Physical requirements moderate physical effort moving furniture and the use of hand or lightweight powered cleaning equipment
