Role OverviewWe are seeking a Housekeeping Inspector to help uphold our resort's cleanliness, quality, and guest satisfaction standards. In this leadership role, you'll support room attendants and housemen, inspect guest rooms and public areas, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
What You Will Do
The Housekeeping Inspector will travel to inspect both properties, ensure exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout the property, and perform additional housekeeping and operational tasks as needed.

Requirements
- At least 1 year of hospitality-related supervisory experience
- Strong communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Confident using TimeshareWare, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized, reliable, and committed to guest satisfaction
- Able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
