Requirements
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas daily to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and brand standards are consistently met.
- Supervise and support Room Attendants, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to procedures.
- Assign daily room assignments, distribute keys, and lead pre-shift meetings to set expectations.
- Identify and report maintenance concerns; verify completion to ensure rooms are guest-ready.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns to enhance satisfaction.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of linen rooms, storage areas, and housekeeping carts.
- Train and coach team members on cleaning standards, safety practices, and performance expectations.
- Monitor room status, maintain key control, and ensure accurate reporting of cleaned rooms.
- Assist with cleaning duties as needed to support operations and meet daily goals.
- Promote a positive team environment focused on safety, quality, and guest service.
