Housekeeping Manager

Requirements

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces regularly
• Manage daily operations of the laundry facility
• Ensure all hotel linens, towels, uniforms, and guest laundry meet cleanliness and quality standards
• Collaborate closely with the Front Office to manage room readiness
• Respond to guest concerns or complaints in a timely and empathetic manner
