Role OverviewThe Housekeeping Manager is responsible for ensuring efficient operations of the Housekeeping Department in accordance with Avion Hospitality standards, supervising the entire Housekeeping Department, and ensuring compliance to company and brand training.
What You Will Do
The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for inspecting rooms daily, conducting employee performance appraisals, reviewing Housekeeping staff's worked hours for payroll compilation, and preparing employee schedules.
