Role OverviewThe Housekeeping Manager is responsible for ensuring the operation of the Housekeeping Department in an attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous manner, providing all guests with quality service and a clean and safe environment throughout their stay, while efficiently managing expenses and maximizing service levels.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include responding to guest requests, motivating and coaching Housekeeping personnel, maintaining a regularly scheduled cleaning program, and ensuring compliance with corporate Risk Management standards.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field
- Supervisory experience required
- Proficient in Windows, Company approved spreadsheets and word processing
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and written with all level of employees and guests
