Role OverviewThe Housekeeping Supervisor supports the daily operations of the Housekeeping department by leading and developing housekeeping colleagues, inspecting guest rooms and public areas, and ensuring cleanliness and presentation standards are consistently achieved.
What You Will Do
Supervise and support housekeeping staff, inspect guest rooms, ensure rooms are guest-ready, monitor room status, provide coaching and training, respond to guest requests, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Minimum of 1-year hotel experience, preferably in housekeeping
- Excellent communication
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel operating systems
- Prior Supervisory experience (preferred)
- Flexible availability, including weekend and holidays
