Job Description
We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily operations within the Housekeeping Department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service are maintained. Responsibilities include inspecting guest rooms and public areas, providing guidance and performance feedback to team members, addressing and resolving guest concerns, and completing administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-year hotel housekeeping experience
  • Prior housekeeping supervisor experience preferred
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight
  • Attention to cleanliness detail
  • Able to walk and stand throughout duration of shift
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn the usage of software and devices
  • Have open availability to work varied shifts, in line with hotel occupancy, inclusive of weekends and holidays
