Job Description
We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily operations within the Housekeeping Department to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and service are maintained. The role involves inspecting guest rooms and public areas, providing guidance and performance feedback to team members, addressing and resolving guest concerns, completing administrative duties, and supporting overall departmental efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-year hotel housekeeping experience required
  • Prior housekeeping supervisor experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight
  • Attention to cleanliness detail
  • Able to walk and stand throughout duration of shift
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn the usage of software and devices
