Job Description
Supervise and inspect housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and high standards of quality in guest rooms and corridors. Ensure all jobs are completed within the shift and maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.

Requirements

  • Visually inspect VIP rooms, guest rooms and corridors for cleanliness and appearance
  • Train and monitor performance of room attendants and housepersons
  • Prepare work orders for shampooers to clean carpets and supply room attendants to maintain par stock in closet
  • Report maintenance deficiencies in guest rooms and corridors via work orders
  • Expedite special guest requests
