Job Description
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing the efficient operations of the hotel, including rooms, front and back of house, public areas, and laundry. You will also be responsible for assuming the duties of the Executive Housekeeper in their absence and overseeing the housekeeping team.

Requirements

  • Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field
  • Supervisory experience
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
  • Effective listening, conflict resolution, and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
  • Desire to serve all guests
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Willingness to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
