The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for cleaning and preparing efficient operations of the Hotel, including rooms, front and back of house, public areas, and laundry. The role also involves managing guest requests, VIP management, and overseeing the housekeeping team.

Requirements

  • Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field
  • Supervisory experience
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
  • Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Hospitality and guest service skills
  • Ability to work in stressful, high-pressure situations
  • 18 years of age or older
