Job Description
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for learning to manage housekeeping work assignments, ensure safety and security of employees and customers, and handle customer complaints. The position requires knowledge of OSHA standards and ability to work a flexible schedule. The supervisor will assist in maintaining a spotless casino and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Two to five years of experience in hospital, hotel, or public facility janitorial or executive housekeeping.
  • A 2-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience.
  • Management abilities demonstrated in managing the Housekeeping department operational effectiveness and maintaining interpersonal working relationship among all personnel.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
  • Skills in giving full attention to others, taking time to understand points being made, and talking to others to convey information effectively.
