Housekeeping Supervisor

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Assist Executive Housekeeper with scheduling staff
• Assist in implementing departmental objectives, budgets, policies, procedures, and strategies
• Assist in training and supervising Housekeeping staff
• Inspect all guest rooms and ensure each passes Bunkhouse standards
• Implement standards and procedures to conduct an accurate inventory
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety in the work area
• Adhere to all standards of operations, policies, and procedures
• Ability to maintain equipment in good, safe working condition
• Ability to maintain awareness of safety issues throughout the property
• Ability to attend relevant meetings
