Job Description
The Housekeeping Supervisor leads and supports Room Attendants to ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to resort standards in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements

  • Champion the resort’s 4 Keys by demonstrating and promoting safety, service excellence, teamwork, and accountability in all interactions
  • Act as shift leader, supporting daily housekeeping operations and team coordination.
  • Provide daily oversight, direction, and support to housekeeping staff to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
