Role OverviewWe are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to supervise, coach, and train room and house attendants to ensure the cleanliness of our environment meets Staypineapple standards. The role involves serving as team leads, overseeing critical tasks, and providing training and guidance to housekeeping staff.
What You Will Do
The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for assigning and reviewing work, inspecting and approving public areas and guest rooms for cleanliness, ensuring timely turnover of checkout rooms, and interacting with hotel guests in a polite and positive manner.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year related experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to a collaborative and diverse team dynamic
- Ability to quickly assess situations and create effective resolutions to problems
- Passion to provide excellent customer service
- Proficient at fulfilling requests in a thorough and timely manner
- Excellent verbal and written business communication skills
