Role OverviewThe Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supervisory duties in the Housekeeping department, including inspecting guest rooms, counseling and interviewing employees, resolving guest complaints, and general office duties. This role is part of the Thompson Austin hotel, which offers a unique experience for guests and a dynamic work environment for associates. The hotel features luxury guestrooms, suites, and residences, as well as a wellness center, restaurants, and event space.
What You Will Do
Inspect guest rooms, counsel and interview employees, resolve guest complaints, and perform general office duties. Work in a fast-paced environment and be able to stand for long periods of time. Work flexible and extended hours as required by the operations of the hotel.

Requirements
- Minimum of 1-year hotel experience
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Previous supervisory experience in a Hotel environment preferred

- Ability to work flexible and extended hours as required by the operations of the hotel
