Role OverviewThe Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for administering and coordinating housekeeping functions in assigned sections, as well as assuming all Housekeeping Manager functions in his/her absence. The role involves overseeing daily assignments, maintaining key control, handling lost and found items, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include inspecting room attendant work performance, overseeing floor closures, maintaining records, monitoring cleanliness, and reporting on progress of out-of-order rooms. The role also involves initiating work orders, assisting with training, and ensuring completion of cleaning projects.
