Role OverviewThe Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee routine housekeeping duties, manage the schedule, and assign daily tasks to staff. They will also be responsible for hiring, training, evaluating, and performance management of housekeeping staff.
What You Will Do
The Housekeeping Supervisor will ensure resident apartments are maintained in a clean and sanitary manner, resolve escalating issues, and work with the Director of Engineering to ensure compliance with state and local regulatory agency guidelines.

Requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience in senior living, hotel, or hospitality settings

- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to read, comprehend, write, and speak English
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
- Previous experience using TELS a plus
