Role OverviewThe Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supervising and ensuring the completion of all duties of Housekeeping staff. They must maintain regular attendance, high standards of personal appearance and grooming, and comply with New Castle standards and regulations.
What You Will Do
The Housekeeping Supervisor will log all requests, maintain key control, inspect rooms, notify room attendants of deficiencies, and prepare room attendants' daily assignments. They will also assist in training, prepare weekly payroll, and complete inspections of public areas and equipment.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, with previous supervisory experience preferred. They must be able to stand and/or walk for lengthy periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work under variable temperatures and noise levels.
Requirements

- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
