Job Description
Housekeeping Supervisor | The SOMM Hotel & Spa - responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping department, developing procedures to ensure housekeeping activities meet or exceed standards, and supervising staff.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years housekeeping experience in a similar environment required
  • Prior housekeeping lead/supervisory experience required
  • Prior Marriott experience and hands-on Marriott system experience preferred
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Weekend availability required
  • General management skills, including time management, information analysis, planning and organizing, decision making, problem solving, and delivery of results
  • Financial management skills, including budget management, expense control and analysis of Profit and Loss statements
