Role OverviewThis position is primarily responsible for the general cleaning, floor care, refurbishment, and renovation of private residences as well as public areas when needed. The position requires a pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with every third Saturday.
What You Will Do
The Housekeeping Technician will perform duties such as general cleaning, floor care, refurbishment, and renovation of private residences and public areas. They will also operate power equipment safely and motivate others to do the same.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pleasant personality and demeanor
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written assignments
- Ability to perform duties with limited supervision
- Self-motivated and able to schedule time wisely
- Ability to work quickly and carefully in a safe manner
- Ability to operate all power equipment throughout the VMRC campus safely
- Acceptable DMV driving record
