Responsibilities include cleaning and maintenance of buildings and grounds, completing cleaning and maintenance assignments, and observing and reporting needs for maintenance and supplies.

Requirements
- at least one year of experience with custodian work, cleaning and maintenance
- knowledge of methods, materials and equipment used in custodial work
- ability to observe and report needs for maintenance and supplies
