Role OverviewThe Cypress of Charlotte is recruiting for a hospitality-focused cleaning enthusiast to join our team. This position is responsible for cleaning services to residential homes and training newly hired employees using established guidelines.
What You Will Do
Trains newly hired employees, performs cleaning services to residential homes daily, and cleans floors, furnishings, walls, windows, woodwork, and specified items.

Requirements
- Successfully completes at least 90-days in a Cypress Housekeeper role, or 1+ year experience in a similar position.
- Ability to count and perform simple mathematics to insure proper inventory levels.
- Pleasant, tactful, courteous, and cooperative with both members and other employees.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend written and oral instructions in English.
- Must be able to frequently stand, stoop, bend, squat throughout a shift, and be able to stand/walk for up to 70% of the workday.
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds without assistance, and push/pull on a cart.
- Must be age 16 or older.
