Job Description
A Turndown Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the guest rooms at the Koa Kea Resort on Poipu Beach, Kauai, Hawaii. Responsibilities include following policies and procedures, maintaining warm and hospitable guest relations, and responding to individual guest needs.
Requirements
Knowledge of the English language
Ability to lift and pull a minimum of 20 pounds
Ability to perform physical activities
Ability to be a team player
Must have knowledge of all hotel departments and events
Must have good mathematical and computer skills
High school education and relevant training and experience
Knowledge of the local area
CPR and first aid training
