Requirements

  • Set up and break down banquet rooms according to event orders, including tables, chairs, staging, linens, and décor
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all banquet spaces, storage areas, and equipment
  • Assist banquet servers and supervisors with room resets, service needs, and event flow
  • Ensure all equipment is handled safely and properly stored
  • Respond quickly and professionally to guest and team requests
  • Support the banquet team in creating a welcoming, polished, and efficient environment for every event
