Job Description
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest room floors, public areas, and storage closets. Support Guest Room Attendants and perform special cleaning projects assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
Maintain the cleanliness of guest room floors, hallways, elevator landings, and storage closets
Restock housekeeping closets with supplies and linens from the hotel warehouse
Empty trash cans and transport trash to the designated disposal area
Clean hotel areas including sweeping and collecting debris, vacuuming carpets, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, retrieving glassware and removing clutter
Support Guest Room Attendants by delivering supplies and removing soiled linens
Perform special cleaning projects assigned by supervisors
Follow all safety and security procedures
Respond to radio and mobile device communication promptly and professionally
Maintain carts, equipment, and closets in clean, organized, and secure condition
Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and unusual situations immediately
Provide courteous assistance to guests and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
