Job Description
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest room floors, public areas, and storage closets. Support Guest Room Attendants and perform special cleaning projects assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

  • Maintain the cleanliness of guest room floors, hallways, elevator landings, and storage closets
  • Restock housekeeping closets with supplies and linens from the hotel warehouse
  • Empty trash cans and transport trash to the designated disposal area
  • Clean hotel areas including sweeping and collecting debris, vacuuming carpets, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, retrieving glassware and removing clutter
  • Support Guest Room Attendants by delivering supplies and removing soiled linens
  • Perform special cleaning projects assigned by supervisors
  • Follow all safety and security procedures
  • Respond to radio and mobile device communication promptly and professionally
  • Maintain carts, equipment, and closets in clean, organized, and secure condition
  • Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and unusual situations immediately
  • Provide courteous assistance to guests and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
