Job Description
Support Impeccable Guest Experiences as a Houseperson at Park Hyatt Chicago. Maintain the cleanliness and elegance of all public areas, support room attendants with linen and supply delivery, and ensure that guest floors and back-of-house spaces remain organized, polished, and guest-ready at all times.

Requirements

  • 2 years of housekeeping or public areas experience in a luxury or Forbes-rated environment
  • Service culture, demonstrated commitment to delivering warm, polished, and discreet service in all guest-facing and back-of-house interactions
  • Operational support, proven ability to support room attendants, manage supply distribution, and maintain organized, guest-ready floors and public spaces
