Houseperson

Requirements

• Responsible for daily inspections of all areas cleaned by the housekeeping team
• Counting and distribution of clean linen to Room Attendant carts and linen closets
• Pick up used linen from Room Attendant's carts and deliver to laundry room
• Assist Room Attendants with stripping beds, emptying trash, and bringing fresh linen
• Maintain cleanliness of guest room floors and storage closets as needed
• Operate equipment, including vacuum cleaners, radio, phone, mop, and broom
• Follow all necessary safety procedures and report safety concerns or maintenance deficiencies
• Perform special projects assigned by supervisors
• Ability to push up to 50 pounds daily for the duration of shift
