Job Description
The Housing Access Voucher Program (HAVP) Case Manager will provide case management services to support and expedite the issuance of HAVP vouchers to HPD clients. The Case Manager will manage a caseload of assisted or applicant households, conduct initial voucher application screening, determine and verify eligibility, and prepare and send correspondence.

Requirements

  • High school graduation or equivalent and three years of experience in community work or community centered activities
  • Excellent Communication Skills (both orally and in writing)
  • Strong Customer Service Focus
  • Computer Proficiency
  • Bilingual a Plus
  • Rental Subsidy experience a Plus
