Job Description
CDAC Behavioral Healthcare is looking for a Housing and Employment Coordinator to join their Substance Exposed Newborn/Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome (SEN/NAS) program in Circuit 1. The position involves building relationships with community stakeholders, finding resources for housing and employment stabilization, and providing care coordination to address other areas as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in social services field or bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience with the Substance Use population and case management field
  • Demonstrated knowledge of community resources, and ability to seek resources through varied outreach activities to build relationships with stakeholders in the communities.
  • Knowledge of Trauma Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, Strengths Based Planning and Brief Solution-Focused Interventions
