Job Description
The Housing Assistant will conduct fraud investigations, interview tenants and landlords, and prepare reports and payment agreements. The role involves liaison with NYCHA OIG and Law Department and testifying in court and hearings.

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college
  • An associate degree or 60 semester credits from an accredited college and 1 year of experience in housing management
  • Four-year high school diploma or equivalent and 3 years of experience in housing management
