Role OverviewThe Housing Assistant serves as the liaison for Leased Housing's Section 8 Project Based Voucher (PBV) and Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) programs. The role involves daily reporting, confirming vacancies, assisting tenants, and providing training to property management staff.
What You Will Do
The Housing Assistant will be responsible for reporting to assign PACT/Trust developments, confirming on-site vacancies, assisting tenants, providing training, and establishing effective working relationships with internal units and outside agencies.

Requirements
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college
- An associate degree or sixty semester credits from an accredited college and one year of satisfactory full-time experience in housing management
- A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent, and three years of satisfactory full-time experience as described above
- A satisfactory equivalent combination of education and experience
