Role OverviewThe Housing Case Manager provides housing case management assistance to non-residential program participants who have fled a domestic violence or sexual assault living environment. The role involves casework, goal setting, education, personal financial planning, and referral to BATP's victim advocacy program. The Housing Case Manager also assists with healthy development, evaluates needs, and connects participants to resources.
What You Will Do
Conduct casework, provide transportation assistance, complete HUD regulated inspections, prepare and submit monthly purchase requests, work with landlords, maintain participant records, and resolve complaints. The Housing Case Manager will also participate in Agency fund-raisers, community awareness, and speaking activities.

The Housing Case Manager will also need to be willing to work weekends and evenings as required, and have a clean driving record and valid personal automobile insurance.
Requirements
- Some college courses with related experience; 2-year degree in a related field and 4 years' experience
- 4-year degree in a related field with 2 years of experience
- Master's degree in a related field and 1 year of experience
