Job Description
Corpay is seeking a Housing Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound communication, coordinate temporary housing solutions for clients, and serve as the main point of contact for policyholders, vendors, and internal teams.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of customer service or call center experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage a high volume of tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with the ACT program or similar CRM systems
  • Experience in temporary housing or customer-facing service roles
