Job Description
Join THA as a Housing Coordinator and help create a better Tulsa by transforming lives and communities! Prepare, execute, monitor, approve, and administer leases and Housing Assistance Payments Contracts for participants in various rental assistance programs.
Requirements
Associate degree or 1 year of employment in the housing field or related experience
Experience in the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) preferred
Valid Oklahoma Driver's license
Ability to work M – F, 7:30am – 4:00pm, overtime and on-call as needed
Strong customer service background
