Role OverviewThe Housing Development Analyst will review new loan package submissions, verify mortgage documents, respond to lender inquiries, and provide information on program requirements and loan statuses. The Analyst will work in the Single Family Housing Office, which uses available funding to deliver programs and resources that expand access to homeownership opportunities for first-time homebuyers and low- to moderate-income households throughout Ohio. The Analyst will be required to report to OHFA's offices located at 2600 Corporate Exchange Drive, Columbus, OH 43231.

Review new loan package submissions, verify mortgage documents, request lender corrections, respond to routine lender inquiries, and provide information on program requirements and loan statuses.

Requirements
- 24 months training or 24 months experience in researching housing loan & grant programs.
- OR completion of undergraduate core program in accounting, finance, economics, business administration or public administration.
- OR equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
