Job Description
The Housing Manager (HA) will oversee Management and Maintenance Operations at a housing development, ensuring quality housing, a safe environment, and community-based services for residents.

Requirements

  • A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college, and three years of full-time satisfactory supervisory and/or administrative experience in housing management at a development or developments containing at least 150 apartments
  • Ability to interview applicants, determine eligibility, gather and evaluate information to resolve complaints, collect rents, and resolve tenant-related problems
  • Knowledge of NYCHA procedures and policies
