Role OverviewThe Housing Navigator will coordinate services and facilitate access to housing and supportive services for individuals in need.
What You Will Do
Provide clients with development and management of individualized Housing and Service plans, offer direct coaching and counseling services, and ensure residents access to care by addressing needs as necessary.
