Job Description
The Housing Placement Specialist will provide housing navigation, case management, and counseling services to clients in need of short-term and long-term housing assistance. They will also develop relationships with landlords and provide assistance with lease and other documents.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree
  • 1-3 years of related experience in social services/community services
  • Active listening skills
  • Lease Agreements
  • Ability to provide budgeting and ADL education to clients
