Job Description
The Housing Quality Enforcement Specialist role involves performing case management functions to assist and expedite Section 8 vouchers to HPD clients, performing research and generating reports, and working closely with field staff to ensure apartment inspections are complete and data is accurately maintained.

Requirements

  • High school graduation or equivalent
  • Three years of experience in community work or community centered activities
  • Excellent Communication Skills (both orally and in writing)
  • Strong Customer Service Focus
  • Computer Proficiency
  • Bilingual a Plus
  • Section 8 or other Rental Subsidy experience a Plus
