Role OverviewAs a Housing Resource Navigator, you will support individuals in obtaining safe and stable housing by providing guidance, resources, and individualized support. You will work with participants to set housing-related goals, develop action plans, and connect them with social service resources and programs.

Your main responsibilities will include fostering strong relationships with participants, tracking progress, and connecting them with resources and programs. You will also commit to your own growth through training and professional development.
