Role OverviewAs a Housing Resource Navigator, you will support individuals facing homelessness or housing insecurity by providing guidance and connecting them with resources to obtain safe and stable housing. You will work with a nonprofit organization or public agency that has a mission in housing advocacy, social services, and/or public assistance.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include meeting with participants, guiding them in creating housing-related goals, tracking their progress, and connecting them with social service resources and programs.

Requirements
- Dependable and have a history of good attendance
- Able to set a pace and maintain a service schedule, depending on the agreed upon hours commitment
- Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)
- Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing
- 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States
- Able to successfully complete a background check
