Role OverviewJoin Heading Home Corps as a Housing Resource Navigator and support people facing homelessness or housing insecurity. You'll spend your days at a nonprofit organization or public agency, helping individuals obtain safe, stable housing and develop action plans.
What You Will Do
You'll regularly meet with participants, provide guidance, and connect them with social service resources and programs. You'll also track participant progress and commit to your own growth through training and professional development.

This role requires dependability, basic computer skills, fluency in English, and a high school diploma or equivalent. You'll also need to be able to successfully complete a background check and commit to a service schedule.
Requirements
- Dependable and have a history of good attendance
- Able to set a pace and maintain a service schedule, depending on the agreed upon hours commitment
- Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)
- Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing
- 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States
- Able to successfully complete a background check
