The Housing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Housing department, leading a team responsible for the assembly and manufacture of precision aluminum housings and related products. This position ensures production activities are performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with engineering specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of manufacturing, assembly, or production experience
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory, lead, or team leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions
- Experience using measuring devices, hand tools, and production equipment
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively coach, train, and develop employees
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
